Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled by crafty hands due to minimum numbers not being acheived or unforseen circumstances
Crafty hands are not responsible for any loss of valuables while children are in club
Parents agree to the use of child appropriate tools and materials eg:paint for use in certain clubs
Crafty hands reserve the right to remove from a club without refund any child misbehaving and being disruptive to the point it affects the smooth running of the club
All medical conditions and subsequent medications must be declared at registration process and any changes in needs communicated to crafty hands.
If you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing purposes this must be indicated at registration process using crafty hands contact details
** Please note crafty hands do not issue refunds for missed sessions or change of minds
Parents are responsible for supplying an Apron/Oversized T'shirt to protect clothing and/or a container for food related clubs
Parents must notify crafty hands directly in good time of any changes in collection arrangements or non attendance.
